By accessing or using Grappi Pro (the “Application”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This service is operated by a partnership and commercially managed by National Photographic Ltd. (the “Company”). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Application.
Grappi Pro provides an advanced GIS and infrastructure management platform for professional use in settlements and rural communities. The Service includes mapping, field reporting, and data synchronization tools.
For Reference Only: All high-resolution orthophotos, maps, and spatial data provided through Grappi Pro are for informational and reference purposes only.
Not a Certified Survey: The Application includes tools for measuring areas, lengths, and perimeters. These measurements are estimates based on GPS and digital mapping data. They are NOT a substitute for an official survey conducted by a certified licensed surveyor.
Liability: National Photographic Ltd. shall not be held liable for any decisions made, or actions taken, based on measurements or infrastructure locations provided within the Application.
Annual Term: Access to Grappi Pro is provided on a yearly subscription basis, managed by National Photographic Ltd.
No Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions do not renew automatically. To maintain service continuity, the client must manually renew the contract for an additional year at the end of each term.
Service Termination: Service is provided for the duration of the paid term. Access will be deactivated if the client chooses not to renew for a subsequent year.
Client Ownership: All data, photos, and vector layers input into the system by the client or its authorized users remain the sole property of the client.
Anonymous Usage Rights: By using the Service, the client grants Grappi Pro the right to use anonymized, non-identifiable technical data for the sole purpose of improving system performance and developing new features.
Authorized Access: Since accounts are created and assigned by the system owners, users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
Offline Synchronization: While the app supports offline work, it is the user’s responsibility to ensure the device is synchronized with a network to avoid data loss.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, National Photographic Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to GPS drift or data inaccuracies.
