Welcome to Grappi Pro. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application, which provides comprehensive infrastructure and GIS management solutions for settlements and rural communities.
The service is operated as a partnership and commercially managed by National Photographic Ltd. (the “Company”). We are committed to protecting the privacy of the professional teams—including infrastructure, maintenance, and security personnel—who use our system.
To provide accurate mapping and infrastructure management, we collect the following data:
Precise Location Data: We collect location information via GPS while the app is in use to enable core features such as recording infrastructure events, tracking active patrols, and measuring areas directly on the map. We do not collect location data while the app is running in the background.
Media and Files: The app requires access to your camera and media library to allow you to capture real-time photos/videos or upload existing files to document faults, security incidents, or maintenance tasks.
Account Information: Since there is no self-registration, we process account details (names and roles) created and assigned by the app administrators to ensure authorized access.
Infrastructure Data: Information regarding water, electricity, agriculture, and security layers that you or your organization input into the system.
We use your data specifically to:
Facilitate real-time GIS editing and spatial documentation.
Enable offline synchronization, saving field updates locally and syncing them once a network connection is available.
Maintain a synchronized archive of events and maintenance history for your organization.
All data is stored exclusively on Google Firebase, a secure cloud-based platform. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Your data is only accessible to authorized personnel within your organization based on their specific permission levels.
We retain your information as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services to your organization.
Request for Deletion: Users or organizations may request the deletion of specific data or their entire account by submitting a formal request to National Photographic Ltd. via grappisos@gmail.com. We will process such requests in accordance with applicable laws and our service agreements.
No Third-Party Sales: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or organizational data with third parties.
Internal Sync: Data is shared and synchronized only among authorized users within your specific settlement or organization.
